Shelf Life
Vail Gourmet Cookie Co. ships all product within 24 hours of baking. Cookies and brownies will stay fresh for up to 10 days after arrival.  Although we feel fresh is best, cookies and brownies can be frozen on arrival to be enjoyed at a later date. We recommend not freezing them for longer than one month. The shelf life on our Snowshoe Granola and Biscotti is one month at room temperature.  Breads should be consumed within 5- 7 days.

Sales Tax
Sales tax does not apply when shipping to any state other than Colorado.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange replacement or full refund of your purchase.

Credit cards are processed when your order is filled and shipped.

Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped within One to Two business days. We ship all orders USPS, UPS or Fed Ex ground unless you specify otherwise. We do not ship on Thursday or Friday (due to delays over the weekend and our concern that your cookies arrive fresh) unless you specify overnight delivery. Shipping rates are as follows:
