Our Rider's Delight is a light creamy textured cookie. It is a mixture of cream cheese and cinnamon with a pecan topping. This pastry type cookie is not overly sweet and goes great with the coffee or tea of your choice. We enjoy it with steamed milk before taking a fireside nap after a long day on the slopes.
