Vail Gourmet Cookie Company evolved from the love of baking, enjoyment of eating and the notion that great things should be shared. Being in the corporate world for over thirty years, we made the decision to spend more time doing the things we enjoy. What could be better than making cookies? The idea for this company came to me as I was searching through an old box for my brother's favorite cookie recipe.

Some of our cookies may remind you of those your grandmother used to make while others will tantalize your taste buds with the consumption of new flavors. We think these products are delicious and unlike anything you have tasted or perhaps not tasted in a very long time. There are so many wonderful things, that this place we call home, has to offer. Our hope is that our cookies make you think of special Vail memories such as skiing through champagne powder under bright blue skies or sitting next to a crackling fire enjoying a latte and a cookie.

The picture of the towering pines, rail fence and mountains of snow is our back yard and view from the kitchen. It makes us think of our relaxed mountain living; a feeling we hope to share with all of our clients.
